Age Criteria
Born between: 01-04-2022 and 31-03-2023 (Both dates Inclusive)
The child should be between 3 years to 4 years as on 31.03.2026
Note: A relaxation of 30 days on either side of eligibility as per date of birth, may be granted for which desirous parents shall write to the Principal at ramjas.rkp@gmail.com for seeking exemption, prior to filling the form.

General Instructions
Before filling the form, please read the instruction carefully.
- You need to click/fill the appropriate the field. Final scores will be calculated automatically by the software.
- The name of the applicant, father's name/mother's name, date of birth, etc. should be spelled/written correctly in the form as it appears in the relevant certificates/documents.
- It is mandatory to fill all fields which are marked (*) in red. If any field is not applicable to you, please write NA (Not Applicable).
- You may upload the documents, as applicable (Max Size of each document is 2 MB) Passport size photograph of the child is mandatory to be uploaded while filling the form. Please ensure that the size of the photo must not exceed 2 MB and there MUST BE NO SPACES in the filename(s) of the documents to be uploaded.
- Please ensure the correctness of the data. Mobile No. and Email ID filled under Residence Address in the form will be used for further communication.
- On final submission of the registration form, you will be redirected to the payment page for paying the registration fees of Rs. 25/-
- Registration Number will only be generated upon successful payment of registration fees. An email will be sent to the registered Email ID along with the copy of submitted form.
- Once the registration form is submitted, no changes in the entries will be entertained thereafter.
Documents to be Submitted at the Time of Admission
A printed copy of the online filled form is to be submitted at the time of admission along with the following documents and Fees:
- Copy of Date of Birth Certificate
- Proof of Sibling (Report Card of the Child) (If applicable)
- Proof of Alumni (any document) (If applicable)
- Proof of Residence (Aadhar Card / Ration Card / Voter Card/Electricity Bill/Passport)
- Proof of Employee of Ramjas International School R. K. Puram (If applicable)
- Original Affidavit certifying the First Born Child (If applicable)
