Please read the instructions carefully before filling out the form.
- You are advised to submit only one form per post. If applying for different posts, a separate form must be filled for each. Duplicate or multiple registrations for the same post will be rejected.
- All relevant fields must be filled in.
- Ensure that all information is correctly spelled and matches the details in your official certificates/documents.
- Fields marked with an asterisk (*) in red are mandatory. If a field does not apply to you, write "NA" (Not Applicable).
- You may upload documents as required (Maximum file size: 1 MB per document). Uploading a passport-size photograph of the applicant is mandatory. Ensure the file name does not contain spaces or special characters.
- Verify that all provided information, including Mobile Number, Email ID, and Residential Address, is accurate, as it will be used for future communication.
- After submitting the registration form, you will be redirected to the payment page to pay a registration fee of ₹ 350/- (handling charge).
- A Registration Number will be generated only after successful payment. A confirmation email, along with a copy of the submitted form, will be sent to your registered email ID.
- Once the form is submitted, no modifications will be allowed.
- A printed copy of the filled form, along with self-attested photocopies of educational certificates, must be submitted at the school reception on or before the last date specified in the advertisement.
